If possible, use a salutation. For example, you may not know their name so write to “Dear Fellow Author” (make sure the salutation is relevant!)
It’s always a good idea to use a photo of yourself so people know you are a “real” person with a face they can relate to.
Some marketers like to use a handwritten signature at the end of their sales letter for that personal touch. Great idea.
Get their attention – stimulate their interest – arouse desire for your product – and encourage them to take action immediately.
